Online coaching – 1-on-1 Sessions on Wednesday Mornings (Wanda)
These 1-on-1 online sessions focus on increasing your awareness and strengthening your resilience. Through dialogue, yoga and meditation, you will work on finding balance and calm, creating space for peace. You will learn to see your thinking for what it is, without getting entangled in it. The approach is open and personal, without being guided by a specific tradition. You do not need to be flexible to participate – the sessions are suitable for everyone.
With my training as a GZ-psychologist and yoga teacher I offer focused support to calm the mind and promote physical and mental stability, while staying present with your own experience.
When: Wednesday mornings
Price: €80 per session (60 minutes)
